Production Associate
Full time day & swing shifts (On-site) - uintah, Utah - PRODUCTION FACILITY 1
We are hiring for a Production Associate that is responsible for fulfilling a quality finished product within a given deadline. This position will help build/create the models, which includes sanding, painting, applying vinyl and other finishing techniques, and final preparation for shipping.
- Good with hands
- Organized
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs regulary and on occasion 70 lbs. (with proper support)
- Must be able to learn quickly and adapt to change.
- Must be able to work well in a team environment.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with others.
- Must be able to maintain good attendance.
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
- No experience necessary but skills in any of the following areas would be beneficial:
Painting, woodworking, acrylics, vinyl, thermoforming, or 3D printing.

Welder/Metal Fabricator
Full time (On-site) - Marriott-Slaterville, Utah - PRODUCTION FACILITY 2
You will be using SMAW, GMAW, and FCAW in a metal fabrication production environment. Production fabrication will be in both repetitive and custom manufacturing and in producing finished steel and aluminum products. Additional equipment includes CNC, plasma cutters, hydraulic shears, sheet-metal brakes, tube-benders, iron-workers, power rollers, MIG and Arc welders.

3D Model Painter
FULL TIME swing & day shifts (On-site) - uintah, Utah - PRODUCTION FACILITY 1
We are hiring a painter to work evenings and possibly weekends.

- Spray paint parts as directed for surface protection and quality appearance using spray
gun. - Apply primer, basecoats, paint, and clear coats or other finishes to parts and
surfaces as indicated. - Performs paint booth maintenance when necessary.
- Regularly clean machines, related equipment, and work areas.
- Maintains gun and equipment and leaves equipment clean and fully functional for the
next shift. - Examine or test sample products to ensure conformance to specifications.
- May disassemble designated unpainted parts of accessories and reassemble after
painting. - Mix and match paint colors.

Sign Shop Production

Inside Sales Account Manager
Full time (On-site) - Ogden, Utah - Corporate Office
WhiteClouds is looking for the right person to join our growing sales team. This is an inside sales account manager position.
You would interact with prospective clients that have reached out to us via email, website, and phone. These prospects are already interested in working with us and usually just need help bringing their vision and ideas to life and figuring out if they can get what they want within their budget.
We specialize in custom 3D fabrication and create a variety of fascinating things for some amazing clients. There is no cold calling or prospecting, only incoming leads daily and a large base of repeat customers.
You will be trained to quickly learn our sales process and CRM program. Right away you will receive multiple leads daily and will start discussing details and providing options for clients to consider. Often times you’ll create a proposal and submit an official quote.
You will also be doing some project management and will be expected to follow your jobs throughout the design and production process. It’s a very rewarding and fun industry to be involved in. You never know what people will be requesting us to build for them. It’s a fast paced and exciting company.
Growing our sales and increasing revenue is a critical component of WhiteClouds’ future and development plans. We are looking for candidates who are driven, energetic, motivated and ready to contribute. You must be able to communicate well over email, phone, and occasionally in person or over video meetings. We’re looking for someone who is organized and good at following up.
- Entry-level, but some sales experience is very helpful
- Team player with a strong self-starter attitude
- High-caliber phone and listening skills and professional in email communications
- You must be engaging, compelling and able to articulate your message well
- Ability to patiently and persistently build/nurture prospect relationships to cultivate long term partnerships
- Ability to follow up, handle objections, and educate prospects in a consultative manner
- Confident, positive, energetic, professional, and a can-do attitude
- Superior problem-solving skills and ability to suggest creative solutions
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM would be helpful (we currently use Copper)
- Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies is a plus
- Project management experience is also a plus (we use the software program Basecamp)

- Interact with potential customers by answering product and service questions, providing information, and suggestion options for the products and services we custom fabricate.
- Responsible for responding to new inbound leads and customer inquiries via telephone and email. Also making outbound calls and sending emails following up on active leads and opportunities.
- Reach out to existing customers and facilitating account expansion through product recommendation
- Ability to clearly discuss WhiteClouds’ products and services with end-users, businesses, schools, organizations, and 3rd party agencies – people that are interested in custom 3D models and displays. You will need to make product recommendations based on their needs.
- Provide written proposals using our pre-built templates and submitting official quotes to potential and current customers.
- Manage your jobs with production and resolve any issues customers may have and recommend the proper course of action for ultimate customer satisfaction. Use problem solving skills and creative thinking to resolve any problems that may arise.
- Ensure activity is clearly documented and properly tracked in our web-based customer management tool (CRM).
- Communicate well with team members, clients, management, design, and production. Willingness to learn and work hard. Ability to plan and organize your days and prioritize tasks.
